Passengers may check in from 168 hours (7 days) before the flight up to one and a half hours before takeoff.
Self-service check in is not allowed for children from 2 to 12 years of age, traveling unaccompanied or accompanied by an adult.
When boarding, passengers must show a valid photo ID - either the original or an authenticated photocopy. This must be the same document provided at the time of check-in.
Foreign customers must present a valid passport.
According to ANAC's ordinance 676/GCS art. 17, passengers who do not show for boarding or who are not present at the scheduled time will forfeit their seats to passengers on standby lists.
The customer must arrive at the gate up to 40 minutes prior to takeoff. Boarding happens until 15 minutes before take off. After that time the passenger(s) will be deemed as a "no show" and possible fees or fare differences will apply.

Starting on the 28th week of pregnancy, women must speak to a GOL representative to fill out the Responsibility Declaration form and to have their medical certificates authorizing air travel verified.
Starting on the 37th week of pregnancy until the 39th week, women must speak to a GOL representative, accompanied by the doctor in charge, in order to complete the Responsibility Declaration form.
Starting on the 40th week of pregnancy, women cannot board, except for unavoidable medical requirements. In such cases, women must speak to a GOL representative in the company of an obstetrician to complete the Responsibility Declaration form.

Customers who check in using the mobile website and have baggage to check must come to a baggage drop-off counter 50 minutes before the flight's scheduled takeoff.
BAGGAGE WEIGHT (free allowance)
Adult passenger - 23Kg total weight;
Over 2 but under 12 years of age - 23Kg total weight;
Under 2 years of age - no baggage allowance. The maximum allowed per customer, even paying the excess luggage fees, is up to 10 pieces, and none can exceed 45kg and / or 203cm (length + width + height). REGULATION FOR CARRYON BAGGAGE
Carryon baggage may not contain sharp, pointy, flammable or explosive items.
Carryon luggage can weigh up to 5Kg.
The sum of the length, width and height of the carryon luggage must not be more than 115 centimeters.
The local airport management may prevent a passenger from boarding if his carryon is not in compliance with the Dangerous Cargo Regulation. This may result in the passenger missing the flight.
The airline can dispatch the carryon luggage at the gate if it exceeds the limits allowed

This service is only valid for cancellations of domestic flights check-in.
The locator code is required for cancellation.
Check-in cancellation must be done from 168 hours prior to the flight to 40 minutes before takeoff.
